How do I use my dashboard?

The dashboard in your account gives you a quick snapshot of your business growth around revenue, clients and products. The dashboard also provides a way to search inside your account with the option to quickly create a new invoice, new client, or view all invoices.
 

Search and Actions

In the top right corner of your account is the Search and Actions bar. Select inside this bar to do any of the following:

  • Search - Search for specific clients, products and subscriptions
  • Create New Invoice - Shortcut to create a new invoice
  • Create New Client - Shortcut to create a new client
  • Outgoing Invoices - Shortcut to all invoices in the subscriptions section
 

Product Filter

Once a product has been created, you can filter your dashboard graphs for revenue and subscriptions with that specific product only. This includes additional graphs like Withdrawals and Receipts which let you break down the number of upgrades and downgrades on subscriptions including the specific product selected.
 

Turnover

The Turnover graph shows all current subscriptions, and is broken down into:

  • Yearly Total - The grand total of all collected revenue for the year to date, a percentage increase or decrease is shown when compared to last year (if data is available)
  • Forecasted Revenue - Hover over a bar to display upcoming subscriptions for that month that have not been billed yet
  • Revenue - Hover over a bar to display subscriptions for that month that have already generated an Invoice
 
Notes:
  • Only subscriptions are considered - one-time invoices, setup fees or one-time payments are not included in this graph
  • Select the chart icon in the bottom left corner of the graph to download a XLSX version of the graph
 

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions graph shows a breakdown of all subscriptions by status and by quantity:

  • Percentage by Status - A percentage breakdown shows how many are inactive and how many are trials
  • Number of Subscriptions Per Product - Hover over the graph points to view how many subscriptions per product were active in any given month

New Subscriptions

The New Subscriptions graph shows all new and canceled subscriptions for each month:

  • New Subscriptions - Hover over any green bar to display the number of new subscriptions created for that month
  • Canceled Subscriptions - Hover over any red bar to display the number of subscriptions canceled for that month

Notes:
  • Select the New Subscriptions or Canceled Subscriptions text in the legend to hide it from the graph
  • Only active subscriptions are considered, trial subscriptions are not included in this graph
  • Select the chart icon in the bottom left corner of the graph to download a XLSX version of the graph
 

Products

The Products graph shows which products are being sold and how often:

  • Product - Hover over any pie slice to view the percentage of each product sold

Notes:
  • Select any of the Product text in the legend to hide the products from the graph, this will update the percentages
  • Select the chart icon in the bottom left corner of the graph to download a XLSX version of the graph
