The Communications settings sub-tab allows you to customize information that is sent out in Client communications, including the look of your documents, your Dunning process and more.
To access your Communication settings, use these steps:
- Click on Account Settings in the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Under the Communication sub-tab, click on the relevant sub-tab needed. After editing, click Save to finish.
Invoice Texts
Specify what information to display on your Invoices, Subscriptions and in emails to your Clients:
- Company Name
- First Name and Last Name
- Address, Postal Code, Town and Country
- Phone
- Fax
- Bank
- Bank Account
- Bank Code
- IBAN
- Bank Identification Code (BIC) / SWIFT
- Tax Identification Number
- VAT Number
- Commercial Register Number
- Court of Jurisdiction
