How do I manage my communication settings?

The Communications settings sub-tab allows you to customize information that is sent out in client communications, including the look of your documents, your dunning process and more.
To access your communication settings, use these steps:
  1. Select Account Settings in the top right corner
  2. Then select Settings
    Settings selected from account settings menu.

  3. Under the Communication sub-tab, select the relevant sub-tab needed. After editing, select Save to finish.

Invoice Texts

Specify what information to display on your invoices, subscriptions and in emails to your clients:
  • Company Name
  • First Name and Last Name
  • Address, Postal Code, Town and Country
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Email
  • Bank
  • Bank Account
  • Bank Code
  • IBAN
  • Bank Identification Code (BIC) / SWIFT
  • Tax Identification Number
  • VAT Number
  • Commercial Register Number
  • Court of Jurisdiction
