How do I manage my hosted pages?

Customize the look of your Monsum account for a consistent brand experience for your clients. To access your Hosted Pages settings, use these steps:
 

Access Hosted Pages

  1. Select Account Settings in the top right corner
  2. Then select Settings
    Settings selected from account settings menu.

  3. Under the Communication tab, select the Hosted Pages sub-tab

  4. Select any sub-tab to customize that specific page and then select Save at the bottom to finish.

Layout

CSS & Javascript
  • CSS - Upload your own .css file to match your account to your business website’s style
    • Check the box next to Remove CSS and then select Save at the bottom to remove the uploaded file
  • Favicon - Upload a 32x32 px or 16x16 px ICO file which will display as an icon on web browser tabs for your account
    • Check the box next to Remove Favicon and then select Save at the bottom to remove the uploaded file
  • HTML Header - If needed, add additional styles or libraries, this will overwrite any matching settings in your uploaded CSS file
 
Additional Content
  • Logo - Upload a JPG or PNG file of your Logo
    • Check the box next to Remove Logo and then select Save at the bottom to remove the uploaded file
  • Header - Add content which will display on the top of your documents
  • Footer - Add content which will display on the bottom of your documents, including any conversion tracking
 

Invoice Data

Choose which fields to appear throughout your account for your clients. For each field, you can select Select All or Remove All for the options, or check off box(es) next to each option as needed:

Active Input Fields
  • Address Fields - Choose from Company, Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Address Line, Zip Code, City, Country, Email, VAT ID, Newsletter, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Title
  • Mandatory Fields - Choose fields you want to make mandatory, from Company, Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Address Line, Zip Code, City, Country, Email, VAT ID, Newsletter, Phone Number, Fax Number, and Title
  • Countries - Choose countries you want to support
  • Enable Coupon - Check off the box to activate the use of coupons in your account
 

Payment Data

Specify the default payment method to offer to your clients first:
  • Payment - Choose from Credit Card or Invoice
 

Confirmation Page

If the fields in the Confirmation Page tab are left empty, your clients will not be asked to confirm the terms and conditions, data protection guidelines and cancellation policy during the checkout form.
 
General Terms and Conditions, Data Protection Guidelines and Contract Provisions
If needed, include a link for each of these fields:
  • Link Terms and Conditions
  • Link Privacy Agreement
  • Link Contract Terms
 
Cancellation Policy
If needed, include a link for the cancellation policy and any additional notes to the client:
  • Link Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation Text
 
Redirect to Success Page
  • Choose whether the HTTP Method should be a GET or POST request when forwarding to the success page
 
Example Links show how your clients will view these pages with their unique ClientID and SubscriptionID:
  • Change Payment Data for a Client
  • New Subscription for a Client
  • Product Change
  • Cancel Subscription
 

Certificates

Upload up to three additional certificate logos:
  • Logo Upload - Upload a JPG or PNG file of your Certificate Logo
    • Check the box next to Remove Logo 1/2/3 and then select Save at the bottom to remove the uploaded file
  • HTML Info Text - Include text that will accompany your certificate logo

The checkout forms and client dashboard can be embedded into your website using iFrames.
