How do I add and manage my payment settings?

Payment settings allow you to connect to your online payment provider, and customize your payment settings for payment methods and more.
 

Access Payment Settings

To access your Payment settings, use these steps:
  1. Select Account Settings in the top right corner
  2. Then select Settings
    Settings selected in Account Settings menu.

  3. Under the Payment sub-tab, select the relevant sub-tab needed.
 

Payment Basic Settings

In Payment Basic Settings, under the Payment Type tab, you can choose which payment options to offer to your clients. Select the On or Off toggle to activate or deactivate the method from appearing for your clients:
  • Invoice
  • Credit Card
 

Payment Service Providers (Stripe)

Stripe allows you to receive online payments in several currencies with credit cards.


Set Up Stripe

If you don’t have a Stripe account yet, set up one here first. Once you have your Stripe account created, use the below steps to connect it in Monsum:
  1. Select Account Settings in the top right corner
  2. Then select Settings
  3. Under the Payment sub-tab, select the Payment Service Provider tab

  4. Select the Use Stripe button

  5. A new Stripe sub-tab will appear, select Connect
  6. On Stripe’s login page, enter in your Stripe Email and select Continue
  7. Next, enter your Stripe Password and select Continue again
  8. Select the Stripe account to connect to Monsum, or create a new account if needed
  9. Once Stripe is connected, log into your Stripe account in a new tab
  10. Next, add a new Webhook to your Stripe account to allow Monsum to receive updates on payments using this Webhook link: https://app.monsum.com/index.php?cmd=1040&action=send.
 
If running in Test Mode, refer to Stripe’s testing to use test payment information inside your account.
